NOTE: Siemens started releasing the Footprint Expert to its Xpedition and PADS Professional customers with the release of Xpedition 2.14.1 in late fall 2024. You have the option to switch over to the build they released (training/support will be provided by Siemens). PADS Standard/Layout was NOT included. We still sell licenses for customers who want:
  1. To not upgrade immediately to Xpedition 2.14.1
  2. Multiple CAD format support
  3. Access to new part requests, and BOM service
  4. Direct, more frequent updates from PCBL (including pre-releases)
  5. Direct training/support from PCBL

You are welcome to discontinue maintenance on your current license with PCBL and switch over to the Siemens sublicense (you will need to use the special Siemens Footprint Expert build they release).

Requirements

• Purchase of previous PCB Footprint Expert license is required
• Appropriate Upgrade Option must be selected (see below)

Upgrading from older versions

Maintenance you purchase will commence from when it expired, or you had access to a purchased version. If you are purchasing maintenance for a Footprint Expert license for which maintenance expired more than 6 months ago, please contact us or your local distributor for pricing.
