How I can find a BGA has collapsing or non-collapsing balls? Not mentioned in datasheet. |

I suppose that can be judged by ball material.

Normally, a non-collapsing Ball starts at 0.50 mm pin pitch however, there could be some 0.65 mm pitch. The pad size grows larger to accommodate the hole-in-pad annular ring. |
