How I can find a BGA has collapsing or non-collapsing balls?

Not mentioned in datasheet.

Tom Hausherr wrote a very nice blog on this subject a while ago.

Have a look at https://blogs.mentor.com/tom-hausherr/blog/tag/bga/" rel="nofollow - https://blogs.mentor.com/tom-hausherr/blog/tag/bga/

It is in the lower part of this document.

By likelihood of the material to melt during reflow.

Normally, a non-collapsing Ball starts at 0.50 mm pin pitch however, there could be some 0.65 mm pitch.

The pad size grows larger to accommodate the hole-in-pad annular ring.
