We'll look at this issue in a later build, likely in 2021, since the icon is enabled for most of the time.
Thanks for reporting it.

I get the below error when installing 2020.01 today.

"Selected library file is incompatible with this software version. Use Library Expert Version 2017 to update the file format or Contact PCB Libraries to request assistance."

I am using the free Pro edition. Cloud key seemed to activate ok, although it wasn't straightforward that I had to save the Tool type in PCB Libraries online account to get the program to load the correct options, FYI.

I put the details as above into the POD program as in the details shown here https://www.pcblibraries.com/products/fpx/userguide/default.asp?ch=310

I presume it's the POD builder version I need to use my existing POD credits?

You can use POD Credits with the Enterprise, Enterprise Cloud, or POD Builder.
The issue was resolved it seems - please download a new build from www.PCBLibraries.com/downloads and try again.

Regards,
Nick
