Footprint ? Is it “Molded Body”? Correct or

It is a 'Molded Body' package if the 'D1' dimension is at least 0.60 mm less than the 'D' dimension.
![]() If the 'D1' dimension is less than 0.60 from the 'D' dimension, then it's an FP Designer footprint. |

1-Please add more detail is that generic rules for simlair case if the 'D1' dimension is less than 0.60 from the 'D' dimension, then it's an FP Designer footprint.
2- also in FP tab, create it normal and after that choose to transfer to fp tab, or i must create it from scratch in FP tab
