i am unable to select family in Library expert viewer its coming grayed out, thereby not able to see dimensions for any components. Screenshot Attached  |

The Viewer is intended to view FPX files and User Preferences created in Library Expert Enterprise.
Do you have an FPX file and a Preference.dat file from LE Enterprise? |

Look for the green "Viewer 2019" button. To access the Enterprise, you'll need to purchase a license.

The free Pro version cannot import/read FPX (part data) files - to import the FPX files and:
1. Only view (not output), you can use the free Viewer 2. Output to any format (but each part must be purchased with credits at download), you can use the free Builder 3. Enterprise, open, edit, build to any licensed CAD format - purchased or parts for which you entered dimensions More details are here:
