I hope you're running V2015.08 or V2015.09 pre-release.

I believe you are referring to FP Designer.

If so, you can only access pins when you have the "pins" tab selected.

Double click opens properties that allows you to change the coordinate or pin name.

Single click and Delete key removes the pin.

We added more FP Designer "Origin" tab options.

Center of Body and Center of Courtyard options are now available.
