I created a 100 pin connector footprint using the FP Designer (2014.09) and now I want to go back and redefine the pin numbering scheme. How do I do that most easily (other than recreating the part)?

You can double click on any pin and can it's name/number.

Thanks. I did that for all 50 pins in a row (what a pain!) and then lost the changes because I forgot to press the ADD COMP icon
![]() So, I then just grouped and deleted the entire row of pins and then re-ran the PINS tab to redo them in the proper order. Much better that way! Thanks for the reply, Billy |

That makes sense because you can always double click the first pad a get the coordinates and then delete the row, select the correct pad stack to insert, enter the starting dimension and pitch and number of pins and the new pin number scheme and bam! |
