Has anyone found a TO92 footprint in the FPX-Libraries or in Parts on Demand?
If so, would you please share it with me?

Search in Texas Instruments Case Code TO-92.

It's a XML FPX so please do not import it into your main company ASCII FPX.

This part has a unique silkscreen shape.

All XML FPX files can be stored together CompanyNameXML.fpx
