Through Hole Header Pin 1 Dot

   When I generate a through hole vertical header component the Pin 1 Dot on the silkscreen doesn't appear despite having the "Silkscreen Pin 1 Dot Size" parameter set to 1.00mm. Is there some other setting that I am missing?

	We are adding Polarity Dots to Headers (and all component families) in V2016. The user will be able to: Relocate Resize Delete Change shape to Triangle, Plus, Line, Diode Change layers from silkscreen to assembly Add additional Polarity. Say you want it outside on silkscreen but inside on assembly It's coming.
