Version 2012.22 has just been released!

Fixes & Updates:
  • Opening unpopluated pin BGA’s from FPX displayed all pins
  • PQFN Pin 1 was creating a different padstack for Pin 1

 

NEW:

  • QFN, PQFN, QFP, LCC – Set Pin 1 to any pin
  • Support for Pantheon CAD tool interface
  • SM FPX now contains over 2,500 unique packages
  • Customers only – Created component mfr. FPX files
    • Current customer library has over 4,000 parts
    • 100’s of new package content will be added every week
    • Customer FPX files contain datasheet weblinks
  • Updates to the Free PCB Footprint Expert now requires FREE registration
