Hey all, My last FPX file was from 2022.  Does anyone know where I can purchase a newer, more extensive FPX file to build off of?

In 2023 we added over 18,000 different Case Codes, that link to over 300,000 part numbers, to the Footprint Expert installer. 

Also, all users get free access to http://www.pcblibraries.com/POD" rel="nofollow - www.pcblibraries.com/POD that has 2.8 million part numbers. 

www.pcbpartz.com will be coming on-line in January 2024 with access to over 7 million part numbers.

Thank you Tom.  I quess I just need to find where those are.  My software loaded with only 85 parts in the library.  I'm missing something but I'll figure it out.

If you're using V23 or V24 all you have to do is select File > Open FPX. 

These are the FPX libraries that come with Footprint Expert: 
  • BGA
  • Connectors
  • Mounting Holes and Wires
  • Semiconductors
  • SM Discrete
  • TH Discrete
Over 18,000 Case Codes.
