Seem the Molded Polarized Cap will not create a STEP model.

It works for normal Molded Capacitors, and Molded Resistors.

Using version 20.03.

Cheers

Can't reproduce the error. Make sure that the "D" dimension is at least 0.70 mm larger than the "D1" dimension (minimum).

We'll fix this in the new V2021 Footprint Expert next week.

There should be a new Beta release of all versions next week so we can test and fix all the features.

Thanks!

Thanks Tom.

Thought i was going mad, when you said it worked for you.  Maybe its just the combo i used

This feature used to work fine, but tbh i have not created one of these for a while.

Look forward to the new release

Kind regards

Both Library and the new Footprint Expert are working OK for me, but we need to reproduce your issue.

We start the process of reviewing bug issues for the new V2021 release the week of February 8, while V2021 is in Beta Release.

Once all known bugs are fixed, we will officially release V2021 Footprint Expert.
