I would like to know what is the proper footprint for a 0603 Chip LED. I found this on PCB Libraries' website:  So where is Toe measured from? Heel? And what is Least Density? What is Courtyard?

The proper footprint for every surface mount package is derived from the IPC-7351 mathematical model. Did you download and install the Free Library Expert Pro.
