I draw the footprint for https://www.te.com/commerce/DocumentDelivery/DDEController?Action=srchrtrv&DocNm=146274&DocType=Customer+Drawing&DocLang=English" rel="nofollow - https://www.te.com/commerce/DocumentDelivery/DDEController?Action=srchrtrv&DocNm=146274&DocType=Customer+Drawing&DocLang=English
I try to choose the place i will locate the pattern origin.
I usually set the origin in center.
Library Expert uses pin 1 for connectors by default.
Please, advice me the better solution, center or pin 1?

If you are using Library Expert Enterprise you can permanently change the Header Calculator origin to be in the Center.

Preferences > Components > Through-hole > Header > Origin > Pin 1 or Center of Extents or Center of Pins

If you are using Library Expert Pro you must select the "Settings" tab and change the Origin for every part manually and then select the "OK" button.
