In TO-92 family, is "E" dimension spacing from body edge to body corner
or from body edge to terminal edge?
Or may be from edge of body to terminal center, for example

Notice that in the TO92, one edge of all terminals fall on a line that bisects the case diameter were it to be totally round. The 'E' dimension is from the flat side to that line.
