Greetings!

This is my first experience of purchasing SMT printer but I am confused between the manual one and semi-automatic one. I found several SMT printers here  https://neodenusa.com/smt-stencil-printers" rel="nofollow - https://neodenusa.com/smt-stencil-printers  but I am not sure either should I go with manual and automated one. Though there is a difference between prices but I need advice to be more skilled as a beginner.

Actually, we only need to make 150 or less than 150 boards on daily basis that's why manual would also work for us. I also found this article little helpful in this regard  https://www.ddmnovastar.com/smt-quick-tips-selecting-a-stencil-printer" rel="nofollow - https://www.ddmnovastar.com/smt-quick-tips-selecting-a-stencil-printer . However, I need complete guide about the prefer SMT printer brand, store etc.

Waiting for your suggestions.

I could not find this info on the websites.

What is the stencil thicknesses that you use?

Do these Stencil Printers use laser technology?

Are the aperture openings Rounded Rectangle?

Do you have an internal assembly shop?

Do you currently send out to a 3rd party your stencil creation?

We are only hiring the soldering company and yes, you can call them third party.

They would work with us for this project only.

You can call them third but we are using our own machinery.
