Hello guys,
 
Here is my software version:
 
expedition version: VX.2.2 - Update 10
library expert version: 2019.01
 
I met a problem when using “Add Footprint to CAD Library” with “Direct Import” option.
(Encrypted ASCII option can work perfectly, only Direst Import doesn't work.)

 

 

When I press create, but the software(Library Expert) always be crashed.

 

 

I set all the settings I saw from your guide on the web, and have tried to uninstall and reinstall the software, but nothing help.
 
Thus I need help here. Pls. kindly give suggestions or solutions.Smile

Direct Import for Xpedition requires 2 Librarian Licenses. 

We are removing the Xpedition Direct Import in V2019.03 later this week or next week. 

The Direct Import was intended for Expedition V2007 and lower. 

You must use the Encrypted ASCII (HKP) import method.
