Hello all, Can anybody explain me, how i can control Solder Mask to Legend Gap, as displayed on this image. Have PCB Library any tool for this or only manually?  |

By standard, Is this gap for Polarity Marker or for all legend? |

Different companies use different solder mask swells. You must add your Swell + the Solder Mask Clearance to determine the total Pad to Legend Clearance.
