The Library Expert stores data in a neutral CAD format (FPX files) and can export to Altium, EAGLE, and Proteus, but cannot translate from one CAD tool to another, with an exception of the PADS to CAD tool that comes with the Enterprise version.

By going one way from FPX to any CAD tool, users can take advantage of the CAD LEAP Technology, which allows rebuilding of entire libraries with modified rotation, tolerance, pad shapes - dozens of preferences - with the click of a button.
