Hello,

Am working on Altium conversion process done manually .

I would like to know if there is any batch mode commands that opens the tool and do all the process automatically (creates the component folder, places the symbol ,creates the footprint with all correct dimensions and correct color specification )and command to export the symbol and footprint to other tools.

I will be very helpful  if I get the script/ commands as soon as possible.

Regards,
Sushmitha

Hello,

The video which u have sent is not related to the question i asked .
My question was related to batchmode script/script(perl,python)  to invoke the script from a tool and do all the process automatically and  command to export the symbol and footprint to other tools.

Sushmitha

What version of Library Expert are you using?

PRO, LITE or BUILDER?

V2017.17 or V2017.18?

Hello,

i have come across a major problem while designing complex footprints in Altium(which includes copper shapes and paste mask) is not being properly exported to other tools. i cannot find the exact footprint in other tools after import either with missing copper shapes or paste mask or color.

i would like to have a good solution for this either through scripting or any tool automation.

Regards,
Sushmitha
