The part is and Small Outline No-Lead (SON with Tab).

It's not a Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) as they only come in 2, 3 and 4 pin versions.

To see all the correct component family names, there is a document in this folder on your computer -
C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries\Library Expert 2017\Documents

The name of the documents are -
 - Library Expert Surface Mount Families.pdf
 - Library Expert Through-hole Families.pdf

Hi Tom,

Im using Library Enterprise Edition (2019.07) and the IPC-7351C Land Pattern Naming Convention.pdf could not be found in the Documents folder. Where can I get this pdf file?

There is no IPC-7351C Naming Convention. That Guideline is not released yet.

Download the PCB Libraries, Inc. Naming Convention here -  uploads/3/Footprint_Expert_Land_Pattern_Naming_Convention.zip" rel="nofollow - uploads/3/Footprint_Expert_Land_Pattern_Naming_Convention.zip

You should really update to V2020.03 Library Expert Enterprise as it will be taken off-line next month and replaced with a brand new 100% rewrite V2021 Footprint Expert.

However, you might want to use V2020 during the learning curve.
