Non-plated through-holes created by PCBLE (2017.14) are exported to KiCad as Through-hole (plated).
I would like them to be "NPTH, Mechanical" - can it be implemented in future?

For now, I correct this in KiCad, but must also increase the size of the pad to match the hole as the program complains "Incorrect value for pad drill: pad drill bigger than pad size".
If possible this also should be changed.

Has there been any work done on this?

I've run into the same issue.

Library Expert Enterprise Edition (2019.07).

Also, the keepouts for the NPTH holes are not carried through to KiCad either.

As an example, check Segger 8.06.16

The new 100% rewrite V2021 Footprint Expert will resolve all issues. It's release date is November 1.

We're not fixing any bugs in the old V2019 which will be taken offline in a month.
