I can successfully place a slotted pad at an orientation of 45 degrees but if I want to set it 135 degrees (to point the other way) I find I can't. The orientation defaults to 90 degrees. -45 degrees doesn't work either.

Is this a limitation or is there another way to do this?

Many thanks

Neil

Offsets are only allowed on the X (horizontal) dimension.
Pad orientations are limited to 0, 90, 180 or 270 (depending on the shape).
Round or square - 0 only.
Oblong, rectangle - 0 & 90.
D shape an other asymmetrical pads can be 0, 90, 180, or 270.

Thanks Jeff,

I am able to set a pad to 45 degrees which would suggest that the orientations are not limited to multiples of 90 degrees.

What I cannot do is set it to -45 (or 135 etc)

... and I still need to be able to do this.

Pad stack orientations are limited as previously noted.
Pin orientations aren't.  Query the pin (left click, right click) then select Properties.
You can set the pin orientation there.
