If I need to format "Cadence OrCAD" what license  should i have ?

OrCAD PCB is what you want and I believe we're selling V2017 right now because it's coming out next month in October with Symbol Expert and the OrCAD Capture interface is already completed.

In the meantime, you will use the current release V2016.10.

Hello, 
1.I want to import FPX file to trial version and produce OrCAD PCB is it available?
2.I notice that all other option expect surface mount and through hole was hyperlink to site.

It looks like the Library Expert Pro installation you have can no longer see the USB Key, and is running as a Viewer. You can confirm this by going to "Help" and "Installed Options" - if this is the case, you won't see any options enabled. Let's talk offline to troubleshoot. I'll send you an email.
