Version 2013.13 was just released!!

• New Import format added to FP Designer
• Updated the default Footprint Names to "Extended" format to eliminate duplication
• Note: In the upcoming V2013.14 release Extended Footprint Names will be the new default

FIXED / ENHANCED:

• Expedition – Shapes on the placement layer now properly support the Display_Width
• Expedition – Pads that are extremely similar such that they have the same name, will now be checked for uniqueness. For each subsequent pad that is fundamentally different from all previous pads with the same name, it will receive a dash plus the next open ordinal number at the end of the name, such that all unique pads import properly. Example: A part has 5 pads with the same <Name>, yet all are slightly different. The first will be named '<Name>' and the rest will be '<Name>-1' through '<Name>-4'.
• STEP – Fixed an issue that was causing TH Lead Extend validation errors, which were causing translators not to run. TH Lead Extend should now always be 0 as default if none has been provided by the preferences or the user.
• STEP – Fixed a bug that was preventing the 2-pin LED, Side Concave from outputting a STEP file
• STEP – Fixed a display bug with the 4-pin LED, Side Concave
• STEP – The SIP, DIP, and DIP Socket should now be properly displaying their minimum .1 mm lead length beneath the origin at 0 Lead Extend
• CADSTAR – D-Shaped pads will now import as 'bullet' pads
• CADSTAR – When performing a batch process, fixed an error that was causing multiple equal padstacks to each create the same Padcode
