If I try to create a padstack in the FP Designer with all the options, then reload that padstack to make changes, I loose the X dimensions.

Appears to be ok.
Do you have 'Stencil' selected as the top layer.

Here is a snap shot of the stencil top selected, Stencil % = 50.  I also have the mask set for 0.05 on both X and Y.

I see no stencil reduction indicated in the name.

I see no stencil in the View Layer.

I do see stencil in the Details, but it is not reduced.

Your'e trying to add a stencil pattern to a pad that is too small for a stencil pattern.
Note the 'Stencil Pattern' check box.
Anything below 70% defaults to a pattern (reserved for thermal tabs).
You need to get up to about 2mm before a thermal tab is recognized.
Uncheck the box and you'll see your stencil.

I understand what is going on now.  I like the fact that you have built in a minimum Stencil pattern.

Could you provide a warning, disable the stencil pattern checkbox, or simply ignore the pattern checkbox if the pads are too small?

I knew you were going to say that.
I should have added that a fix is in the works but won't show up for about a month.
Rick, it looks like you are pushing a lot of buttons and I appreciate that.
Thanks for all the reports you're submitting.

We are actively using 2012 for 5-7 cells a week.  I would like to move my guys up to 2013, but I need to make sure everything is working as expected.  Thank you for all the quick fixes.
