LE2015_16_PRO and PADS VX1.1 Problem

Hello
I just installed  version 16 of the LE  (had Version 14 in use before without Problems) 
I try to build a part and always get the message

Unable to connect to the running PADS application
A) Confirm that PADS Power PCB is running and at Board (PCB) Level
B) Try running PADS Power PCB as "Run As Administrator' via a shortcut on the Desktop.

whatever I am doing, it does not work.
Instead there are two Files generated  in my libraries target folder
decalname.d    and 
part type name.p   

is there a change in the bahaviour beetween v14 and v16 and I have to Change a Setting manually?

	Solved after running Mentor release switch everything works fine again. Best regards Erwin
