I have the axial package:
https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/SB1245-D.pdf Please advice how to choose Height (size A)? The datasheet rarely contents this dimension. Can I set A = E or better add some clearance own? |

Yes, for axial lead components, A = E 99% of the time.
