Version 26.02 was just released!!

Fixes & Enhancements:

  • General:
    • Resolved Microsoft Windows update-related compatibility issues for PCB Libraries, Inc. Cloud (Subscription) License for both full Footprint Expert and free Calculator
  • Options:
    • Updated IPC-7351B and IPC-7352 pad stack naming conventions to include SMD pad stacks with no paste mask and modifiers when the pad stack has a different shape than the top pad
    • Add a new Design feature for the Footprint Name Suffix when the Mfr. Recommended Pattern is used
    • Added a new pad stack naming convention ODA (Optimum Design Associates)
  • Calculators:
    • DFN - missing assembly outline
    • SOT component family - Added options for SOT323, SOT346, SOT353, SOT363, SOT416 & SOT753 
    • 2-Pin discrete components - Added a new 'Bar' assembly polarity marker
    • Mounting Holes - updated a graphic image in the mfr. recommended footprint panel
    • Drafting Symbols - when selecting drafting symbols, the 'Half Round' option disabled the Fill Option
  • CAD tool Interfaces:
    • Cadence - Allegro 23.1 using mil units did not import the silkscreen and assembly ref des
    • eCADSTAR - didn't work correctly
    • Altium - changed the UI text for Ref Des Justification from 'Default' to 'Left'
