Fixes & Enhancements:

• FP Designer:
• The .CSV file import - when the wrong column name was selected, the program stopped working
• CAD Tools:
• Altium: 
• Updated Keepouts from a donut shape to filled shape
• In some cases, the FP Designer customized thermal pad solder mask was not translating
• 3D STEP:
• The 2, 3 and 4 pin DFN 3D STEP model creation was disabled
• Utilities:
• Update BOM From Library feature was improved

• Added ability to rename all polarized component pin names with any ASCII character
• Using Mfr. Recommended Pattern was unchecking the box when opening a footprint in the viewer

• When merging 2 FPX files, if one part number was a duplicate, nothing was merged
• Drafting Symbol/Shape/Keepout toolbar icons were updated
