<DEL> Key For Deleting Pins

   I have a habit of hitting the delete key for deleting pins (as in PADS).   
I think it would be nice to be able to hit the delete key to remove pins in the decal editor.   It's not a big deal, but it would be nice.

	OK, the latest version of 2013.08 has the "DEL" key enabled to delete pins. Also added the "ESC" key to FP Designer when you're manually adding pins and want to escape out because you're finished or whatever.
