Hi!

I have some troubles during import EBYTE E73-2G4M04S1B in Altium.
Picture is attached.
Rectangular pads are ok, solder mask expansion is determined by rules.
Non-standard pads (15,16) has solder mask dimensions exactly same as copper pad (it is imported in Altium as solid copper region).
So manual edition of several pads is needed.

Is any workaround for this issue ?

Thanks!

In the Library Expert Altium Translator UI, turn on the check box for "Use Mask Expansion Rules".

Also, in FP Designer you can edit the pad stacks in the Library Manager and swell the solder mask any size you want and save to FPX.

Hi!

Picture above was done with enabled check box for "Use Mask Expansion Rules".

Then I edited pad stack in the Library Manager so solder mask will always have 1mils expansion.
After export it works (regardless of "Use Mask" check box status) as expected.

Thanks!
