How do I write the Preferences for the "Placement Keepout" layer in the Top/Bottom text boxes when exporting a footprint to Altium Designer (18) in order to get the Keepout information in the AD layer for this (named "Keep-Out Layer" in AD)? I have tried to write how I think it would be, but it will always be assigned to the electrical top or bottom layer...

Thank you for the list, just what I needed!

But shouldn't there be a command for Keepout top and bottom explicit?
"eKeepOutLayer" seems to just work together with "Keepout All".

Try 'eTopLayer' and 'eBottomLayer' for the two respective options. That should then map say a placement keepout on the top to the top layer. It gets built as a keepout, and should be on the Top Layer.
