Version 2013.19 was just released!! 
FIXED / ENHANCED:
CGA Component Family – Placement Courtyard Excess changed from 2.0 mm to 1.0 mm to reflect the IPC-7351B standard
General – Auto-trimming of checkerboard patterns on polygonal thermal tabs
3D STEP – Molded Body b1 and L1 dimensions to be properly displayed when creating a 3D Model
Allegro/OrCAD PCB – 
The latest builds of Allegro/OrCAD PCB V16.6 are having trouble rounding the 4 decimal place extent values properly. As such, the extents (since they are simply to delineate the drawing area and are not part of the part itself), are now forced to 1 decimal place. This should resolve issues people were having which resulted in ‘Symbol is missing a REFDES’ issues (as the REFDES was being placed erroneously outside of the bad extents).
All file names should now be constrained to 30 characters, with the directory having the full name, if outputting a single part. OrCAD PCB Editor can handle more, but OrCAD Capture is limited to 30 as it pertains to device files, so this should bring everything into conformity.
Adjusted the rounding function such that MIL Unit values ending in .999 should now be rounded to the nearest MIL Unit
Output when Parts Per Script is greater than 1 and the number of parts being translated is less than the Parts Per Script
PADS Layout (Altium & Pulsonix) – Thermal tabs now compensate for the line width of the line used to draw them so as to provide an exact thermal tab size
General – Chamfered Rectangles, Squares, and DSquares now import properly

NEW:
Added a new toolbar icon for Parts-on-Demand website
FP Designer – 
Bottom only SMT pads
A Custom_Package selection was added to color preferences to govern colors for 3D Models put out by FP Designer. Currently, only Body is used.
Now allow you to put out simple 3D Models for custom parts. These will strictly be boxes constrained based on the length, width, and height (rectangular type) or diameter and height (round type) that were entered during package generation
General – The 3D model checkbox will now only be visible should FPX be licensed for 3D
