STEP Files Not Displaying in 17.2 OrCAD/Allegro

   I have the OrCAD and STEP option and have created 6 BGA parts as before but now the STEP file does not show in 17.2.
I decided to test it out in 17.4 and it does display properly. My issue is I have customers on 17.2 and need to have it display correctly.

Have you run into this issue?

	Footprint Expert has more Cadence users than any other CAD tool. This is the first time I have ever heard this issue. If there really is a problem with importing STEP files, it must be on the Cadence side because the STEP files produced by Footprint Expert go into 24 other CAD tools including SolidWorks perfect.
