hi,
I try to calculate DPAK thermal pin pad size using SMD Reference Calculator but it's different pad size gives. Any suggestion on DPAK thermal pin pad size  Thanks, Maryam |

The Excel spreadsheet reference calculator was not intended to calculate Thermal Pads.
You can download and install the Free V2020.02 Library Expert Pro and it has calculators for 144 component families and interfaces to 25 CAD tools and has 3D STEP output. The Reference Calculator was intended to validate the Library Expert calculations and to show other calculator users the IPC mathematical model for calculating pad stacks. |

There is no online calculator.
