Can't Save Library in 2022.11?

   Hello,
Just (got made to) upgraded to 2022.11 Pro from 2021 edition, but I can't seem to save footprints to my library anymore? I closed the window and got asked if I wanted to save my library, so I clicked yes- turns out they didn't save ¬¬ and saving does not seem possible at all, even though you can open libraries and "Add to library". Very confusing if this is the intended behaviour. 
Also- the Tools - Options is completely greyed out- I know Pro does not come with global options, but there were still a few things in there like the default library that are useful.

	The V2022 Footprint Expert Pro had the Options, FP Designer and Library Editor turned off. The V2022 Footprint Expert Pro is a basic footprint calculator with some CAD tool exports. If you want a full featured software program, we recommend that you upgrade to V2022 Footprint Expert Enterprise for $99. This includes full technical support, access to pre-releases with bugs fixed, Options, FP Designer and Library editor, you can add 3D STEP too and purchase a POD Subscription and/or POD Credits.
