Thermal Tab Mask Expansion

   Hello and happy new year to all.

I can't find a setting where I am able to set the expansion of the thermal tab.
All other terminals work well, but thermal tabs (exposed pads) still have 1:1 pad size.

	Adjustment to thermal tab mask and stencil may be made on the Rules tab.
