For BGA, LGA, CGA etc should the description field be ammended to include the number of rows & columns? BGA + Pin Qty + C or N + Pitch P + Ball Columns X Ball Rows_Body Length X Body Width X Height |

The current naming Convention has Ball Rows and Columns 11 X 11 = Ball Rows and Columns BGA121C50P11X11_600X600X100B30N
