Error creating Expedition Output

   I want to create Expedition Output for a cell I made with the 2014_05 Lite version.We are using EE7.9.5 so the ASCII out is not working because Mentor Graphics disabled the encrypt/decrypt HKP option in EE7.9.5.
If I use the "Direct Import" option I get an error because feature wglibman can not be found in the license file.
This is correct because we don't have the standalone library manager (wglibman) but use the library manager inside Expedition and/or Design Capture.

How can I fix this problem so I can still use the LibraryExpert software and import new made cells?

	Your Expedition software must have a Library Manager license to use Library Expert because it's a direct import interface. We applied for the Mentor Graphics "Open Door Program" so that we could output HKP files into a folder to give Expedition users the option of a Direct Import or Create HKP. We submitted our application a month ago and haven't heard back yet, but maybe it takes time.
