No plans for SOT-89 because there is only 1 in the industry and you should already have it in your library.
I don't think we'll create component family templates for one-of-a-kind packages. |

The SOT-89 has been around since the 1980's.
We used to give the libraries away for free for many years and it contained SOT-89. I think I can dig the PADS version up and attach it here, but not right this second because I'm on my way out the door to attend the Rancho Santa Margarita Chamber of Commerce yearly Christmas party event. |
