NOTE: all references to versions in this post are for FPX file format, not software version!! Updating FPX files from FPX file format (not software version!) 2012 or 2017 involve manually supplying additional component data that was added in subsequent versions to produce the 3D models. For fpx files of this age you’re probably better off starting from scratch. Updating 2020 to 2021 is simply reformatting. To convert FPX files from FPX file version 2012 to 2017: 1. Open the 2012 FPX file in Library Expert 2017. 2. Save FPX file (click save button). To convert FPX files from FPX file version 2017 to 2018: To convert FPX files from FPX file version 2018 to 2021: Or you can use the 2021 update converter program included in Footprint Expert v2021.

Does the 2021 Enterprise Edition support batch export of libraries?
Can you give a 1-day enterprise version test permission?

All versions of V2021 Footprint Expert Pro, Enterprise and POD have Batch Build.
Also, they all have Options (to save your Preferences), FP Designer (for non-standard packages) and Library Editor (to save all your library data). Contact us if you want a 30-day trial license of V2021 Footprint Expert Enterprise for your CAD tool and 3D STEP. |

I have applied for a trial license for the enterprise version for many times and have not received a reply. I only need a trial license for one day.
