3D Model not generated

Using Library Expert Free and all of the sudden it no longer generates 3D models.
Also I no longer see the option to turn 3D model on/off.

3D STEP is available in the Enterprise - free, just pay maintenance of $299 / year.

Is this a recent change?
I have been using Library Expert Free to do this for a long time.

Yes, it was turned off today. 

We have V2021.13 Footprint Expert Pro in beta test that has 3D STEP for free. 

Download and install that version. 

It has a lot of new features too.

You must log into www.pcblibraries.com and your Cloud License is in your user profile.

I just installed V2021.13 Footprint Expert Pro, set up the cloud key, 
but still can't generate 3d step models.
Footprint models are generated fine...

The 3D Step option is not activated.
Do I need a different key?
