Version 2012.42 has just been released!
FIXED:
PADS – Added the flag field to the header line for all versions of V2007 and V9 Part Types
Board Station – Default padstack not being called out
Allegro – Removed the “Fillin Yes” for padstacks when changing units
EAGLE – Polygons with 0 line width will now have a minimum line width of .01 mm
EAGLE – Text font line widths
EAGLE – The Description line for a library has been removed
EAGLE – ‘PCB Libraries Packages’ will be appended to each individual part description
Expedition – Complex pads not exporting to ASCII
Expedition – Altered the ASCII output of the vertex array for complex pads and outlines to match how direct import generates them, including Arcs
Calculator – Corner Concave Oscillators, Mfr. Recommended Footprint was rotating the component leads 90°
Calculator – 3-pin DFN Mfr. Recommended Footprint for large pin
User Preferences – Through-hole Headers, Oscillator and TO Cylindrical settings not saved

Support for McCAD
Support for Board Station
Default Preferences Window - Added a box around the “File” dropdown for better visibility
