I open "QFN with Thermal Tab" family --> klick Demo button --> open Footprint - Dimensions --> choose "Use manufacturer's recommended dimensions" --> set L1=2, W1=2 --> OK In result, termilal outline of thermal tab will be drawn as 2 x 2 mm. But it is 3.55x2.55

The Manufacturer Footprint dimensions override the package dimensions.
