Footprint for TO-220 Vertical

I try to create the footprint for
The datasheet doesn't content any recommendation.
If i create it in calculator than the pads cover each other
partially. I want to redraw the pad dimension manually.
Is there any general recommendations to create the elongate pad?

The Pin Pitch is 2.54 mm (100 mil). 

The pads should not overlap.

Then you make the "D" and "D1" dimensions different. 

You must bend the leads. 

You decide the dimension value that you want to bend 2 leads.

As i understand, constrict + stretch  the pads is undesirable.
