Is it possible to create such non Jedec standard FPGA in Footprint Expert 23 Enterprise

Yes, you can build this non-standard footprint using the FP Designer module and a .CSV coordinate file.
In Excel spreadsheet create column A as the Pin Name, column B as the Pad Rotation, column C as the X coordinate and column D as the Y coordinate. Then import the .txt ASCII file and it will automatically place all the pins. For more information on how to do this, contact me and off-line and I will provide instructions. |

Perfect Thank You. I created that footprint within some minutes. What is your recommendation to name such cell in Mentor Graphics we are usually follow the IPC naming convention. I named it NXP_H-FC-PBGA-448 ![]() Best Regards and have a nice weekend. Thomas ![]() |
