Hi - I loaded Version 2012.50, The Fiducials feature doesn't seem to be working for me under the "Ball Grid Array" section.

I selected comp type "Ball Grid Array". Made sure the "Add fiducials" box was checked. As soon as I enter the first value in the "Pitch" field, the "Add fiducials" box gets uncheck. I then recheck the "Add fiducials" box. Then I entered my corresponding component information and then selected the "OK button". The status turns green, but the finished displayed BGA does not insert the fiducials.

Any assistance in confirming issue with version 2012.50 would be appreciated. Older versions that I used did not have this issue, unfortunately, I do not have a record of how far back to which version I used that didn't have this issue.

In the "Full Version" you can permanently change the Local Fiducials in the "Setup > User Preferences > Component > BGA > Add Fiducials When Pitch is Less Than ?" -

If you have the "Lite Version" you have to enter all your component package values and then select "Add Fiducials" radio button.

Hi Tom - I do have the "Full Version" so going in to the preferences as you stated took care of the issue for me. I didn't realize the conditional equation was set to "less than" rather than "less than or equal to". Thanks.
