You should purchase Footprint Expert for PADS and automate your PCB Library.

I went to download the files but its say they are reserved for "Footprint Expert users only".  

Am I still able to have access to these files?  

I am just learning how to use PADS and I am sure I would find something useful in the videos.

The programmer who created that code passed away 2 years ago. 

Also, there is no financial incentive for us to spend any time or money on this feature.

But if you translate from Pads to another cad and the part has swap info it is good to translate that info also.
Your programmer can add this feature in less of a day. maibe 1 hour.

Sorry, PCB Libraries, Inc. is a Footprint pattern program and we don't put Swappable Gates in Footprints. 

i.e.: we do not support schematic symbols at this time.

If I have a part with gates information with swapabilty info I want preserve that in the translation,
and make possible include that capability in your program to generate gate and pin swap info in the part. 

This it is a very lack in the program.
